New customers may now use their MACC commitment when purchasing Recording Insights, benefitting from a smoother contracting and billing process. Recording Insights is a certified Microsoft Teams compliance recording and analytics application, allowing customers in regulated industries to adopt Teams for external communication, while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Recording Insights is the only solution in its class that is available across every global region and every industry, ensures compliance across global regulations such as GDPR, MiFID II, HIPAA and PCI DSS, and supports all Microsoft Teams Phone options. Its availability on the Azure Marketplace as a transactable app, now allows the option to purchase with the touch of a button. The service is added to customers existing Microsoft Azure subscription.

Recording Insights users benefit from features that include, fully secured and globally available Azure cloud storage, as well as the use of an AI-based Compliance Engine offering transcription, translation, and automated rule-based risk management.
