1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is:

(hereinafter referred to as “ASC” or the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of ASC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island.
3. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or participation in a product demonstration does not increase the chances of winning.
4. How to Enter
Standard Entry (Event Participation)
Participants who attend a Teams User Group Event, scan the QR code, complete the registration form, and participate in a product demonstration with ASC will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
5. Entry Period
Entries are collected on a rolling basis in connection with Teams User Group Events.
Each Sweepstakes drawing is conducted on a quarterly basis (every three months).
Only entries received prior to the applicable quarterly drawing date will be eligible for that drawing.
6. Prize
Each quarter, one (1) winner will receive:
One (1) $250 USD gift card
Total number of prizes per year: four (4).
Approximate Annual Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
The winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to the collection and use of their personal data (e. g. your name, company, email address and country) by ASC for the purpose of (i) administering the Sweepstakes and (ii) being contacted by ASC regarding the requested demo. The associated legal basis is your consent in accordance with art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
Personal data may be transferred to HubSpot, which enables us to manage existing and potential customers as well as contacts. HubSpot automatically creates a profile containing all the data you share with us. Additionally, a lead is generated in our CRM system, which contains your personal data, for the purpose of administering your account and providing the requested demo. Thus, your data is shared with our sales department. The legal basis is, again, your consent (art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).
Your personal data will be transferred to Germany and will be stored for as long as the above-mentioned purposes are fulfilled. Your data will be deleted permanently if (i) the data is not required to fulfill the purposes anymore (art. 7 (1) lit. a GDPR), (ii) you withdraw your consent at any time (art. 7 (1) lit. b GDPR), (iii) you object to the processing (art. 7 (1) lit. c GDPR) or (iv) the deletion of the data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (art. 7 (1) lit. e).

11. General Conditions
ASC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
ASC reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days following the applicable drawing date.
Any Personal data (e.g. your name, contact details and all information that you are willing to share with us in your inquiry) will be processed solely for the purpose of handling winner list requests. The associated legal basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring transparency of the Sweepstakes as well as in processing your inquiry and providing you with an adequate response (art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
Data may be shared with internal departments and service providers that are involved in processing your request. There will be no transfer of your personal data to a third country. Any Data will be retained only as long as required to fulfill the above-mentioned purpose for which it was gathered and then securely and permanently deleted once the purpose is not applicable anymore.
14. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15. Compliance
Participants acknowledge that ASC conducts its business in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, including but not limited to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Participation in this Sweepstakes must not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or internal policies of the participant’s employer, including those related to gifts, incentives, or conflicts of interest.
ASC shall not be responsible or liable for any breach of such laws or policies by participants.
