We are part of a global tech company for communication recording & AI analytics - with 60 years of experience and locations in 15 countries.
For our business development team in Switzerland, we are looking for a communicative, committed personality (m/f/d) in B2B sales who wants to take responsibility, drive things forward and actively place our solution with potential customers.
Your main tasks
Customer acquisition & relationship building
- You actively take care of building and maintaining contacts - both virtually and in direct personal exchange.
- You identify suitable target companies and proactively approach potential customers, conduct initial discussions and develop sustainable business relationships.
- You network actively, exchange ideas with decision-makers and introduce our company in a targeted manner - digitally and in person.
- You represent ASC Switzerland at trade fairs and customer events - with a confident appearance and a clear message.
Live demos & presentations
- You present our cloud-based solution in live demos - confidently, appropriately and at eye level.
- You develop suitable arguments, respond to individual customer needs and are able to explain our technology clearly - in German and English.
CRM & sales process
- You use our CRM to document and track leads and work in a structured way.
- You bring order to your pipeline, think ahead and don't lose track even after weeks.
- You regularly take part in internal product and sales calls to stay up to date.
Requirements
- A commercial or business-related education (e.g. commercial apprenticeship (EFZ), university degree) and ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in a B2B environment.
- Drive, initiative and the willingness to take on responsibility and actively contribute to growth.
- A solution-oriented mindset, paired with a willingness to learn and technical affinity.
- Strong communication skills - you present complex content convincingly and clearly, even in virtual meetings.
- Very good knowledge of German (native speaker) and confident communication in English; experienced in using Microsoft 365 and digital tools (e.g. CRM systems).
