As we continue to grow, we are seeking a full-time Finance & Sales Operations Manager to join our team in the United States.

Role Overview:

The Finance & Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing full-cycle accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with US GAAP and local regulatory requirements. This role supports monthly and annual closing processes, partners with external advisors on tax-related matters, and provides financial insights to support budgeting and forecasting. This position additionally oversees key Sales Operations processes, including sales forecasting, performance analytics, and managing financial aspects of the sales cycle. The role also handles quarterly commission and compensation calculations. The compensation for this role is up to USD 120,000, depending on experience.

Your Role:

  • Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation, payroll) and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including overdue monitoring, cashflow updates, and credit collection
  • Prepare monthly financial close activities, including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow reporting
  • Support budgeting and quarterly forecasting, with focus on operating costs and variance analysis
  • Ensure US GAAP compliance and oversee tax processes, reporting support, audit documentation, and coordination with external advisors
  • Reconcile and manage bank and cash accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial data

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US regulatory requirements
  • Professional experience in accounting, reporting, and tax compliance, coupled with either experience in Sales Operations or a strong willingness to develop in this area
  • Familiarity with Visa processes is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail
  • Ability to reconcile complex accounts and work efficiently in closing cycles
  • Team-oriented work style with the ability to independently drive and resolve task
