As we continue to grow, we are seeking a PreSales Consultant to join our team in Brașov, Romania or remote.
Role Overview:
As a PreSales Consultant at ASC, you will serve as a critical link between our sales organization and prospective clients. You will leverage your technical expertise and consultative skills to design tailored solutions, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure alignment between customer needs and ASC’s offerings. This role is pivotal in driving successful sales engagements and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Executives to understand customer requirements and craft compelling solution proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions for ASC’s Recording Insights and compliance solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead the technical qualification process, including RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, and integration planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance on best practices, deployment strategies, and compliance frameworks.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Support the creation of Statements of Work (SoWs), technical documentation, and onboarding materials.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of PreSales processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, Azure) are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a PreSales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Sales role, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred), unified communications, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both at an advanced level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
