As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Full Stack, Backend, or Frontend Software Developer to join our team in Brașov, Romania.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will design innovative solutions with plenty of room for your own ideas in a technically challenging and dynamic environment. As part of our agile development team, you will play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of our software, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
Your Role:
- Designing and developing sophisticated applications in the areas of email, voice, chat, video, and screen archiving as well as data analysis
- Creating functional and technical specifications
- Continuously enhancing existing products with a strong focus on future viability
- Actively contributing to agile teams – from initial concept to go-live
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or a comparable IT qualification
- Beneficial experience with the following technologies: C#, Python, Azure, JavaScript, AI
- Familiarity with development-supporting tools such as JIRA and Git
- Team-oriented work style with the ability to independently drive and resolve tasks
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
