ASC Technologies exhibits its recording, quality management and analytics solutions for public-safety organizations, contact centers, and financial institutions at GITEX Technology Week taking place in Dubai from 6th through 10th October 2019. ASC will there present the latest release 6 of its industry leading software suite neo, and expand its portfolio with ASC Connect for Salesforce and ASC Recording Insights for Microsoft Teams.

Once the daily corporate communications have been recorded, it is speech analytics tools that help to rake through this large amount of data, to structure it and thus to gain valuable insights. Version 6 of ASC’s neo suite offers many new features such as an even more intuitive user interface which guarantees comfortable and safe usage, an enhanced web services APIs, real-time analytics and reporting with new dashboard applications. The analytics solutions, which include real-time alarming functionality, are available in Arabic. Especially public organizations will benefit from the new WEBcommand. This module allows controlling a running recording manually and adding additional index data, thus enabling control centers to react even more efficiently in emergency situations. Being a browser-based solution, there is no further software to be installed locally.
Compliance Recording & Analytics in Microsoft Teams
Also Microsoft has selected ASC as its partner for compliant recording and analytics in Microsoft Teams. From 2020 onwards, users will be able to deploy ASC’s Recording Insights app to record audio, video, and chat communication as well as to document calls and archive their recordings as stipulated by law. All recordings are saved in categories in Teams and can be analyzed (transcription, keyword spotting, emotion detection, etc.).

ASC Connect facilitates compliant recording and archiving of all calls – on-premise as well as from the cloud. ASC’s recording solution is listed on Salesforce AppExchange, the worldwide leading cloud marketplace for business applications. The new application especially appeals to financial institutions and contact centers striving for compliance with legal regulations, outstanding service quality as well as increased productivity and reliability. Connecting ASC’s cloud and on-premise recording platforms with Salesforce allows to reliably match calls to contacts, accounts, and leads in Salesforce. Customer interactions become transparent and are bundled centrally in one spot that can be accessed comfortably by means of the Salesforce application anytime from anywhere.
