ASC to Demonstrate WFO Solutions at CCW 2015

ASC today announced it will demonstrate its neo WFO (workforce optimization) suite at CCW 2015, February 24-26, 2015, in Berlin, Germany at the Estrel Convention Center, booth #4F9.

CCW 2015 is widely considered Europe’s largest exhibition for suppliers and service providers specializing in contact center management. ASC will be demonstrating the latest version of neo, its Workforce Optimization Suite, encompassing communications recording, quality monitoring, speech analytics, eCoaching, workforce management and customer feedback.

ASC will also be participating in the TeleTalk Demoforum (quality and workforce management), and its booth will be included in a guided tour for “quality management in customer service.”
