ASC today announced it will open a new office in São Paulo, Brazil at Av. Brig. Faria Lima, 1912, Jardim Paulistano – São Paulo – SP. Alexandre Martir has been appointed as Managing Director Brazil.
The new office was opened to facilitate customer and technical support, and to meet growing demand in South America for communications recording and analysis. Alexandre Martir will focus on promoting the use of analytic tools and workforce optimization.

Marco Mueller went on to describe some of Alexandre Martir’s qualifications. He has a MBA in Business and Technology Management, offers more than 20 years of experience in the Brazilian market, focusing on solutions for contact centers and corporate communications. In addition to his product expertise, Mr. Martir’s background also includes pre- and post-sales services, commercial support, team leadership, processes and internal operations, and international relationships.
The new office in São Paulo provides another proof for ASC’s continuing growth after the release of its neo workforce optimization suite. neo encompasses communications recording, quality management, speech analytics, eCoaching and workforce management.
ASC also now offers its entire product suite via the Cloud. Its Software as a Service (SaaS) approach lets users purchase only the functions they need with an ongoing technological refresh to avoid the risk of obsolescence.
