We are continuously expanding our team and are currently looking for a Solutions Consultant for our team in Holmdel, New Jersey. We offer you the opportunity to work hybrid/remote in a diversified environment with international customers and partners.
You analyze and understand customer and partner needs and design technical solutions to meet those needs.
You will play a pivotal role in our sales process, providing essential pre-sales support to our Sales team
Become an expert in UC/CC compliance recording and generative AI services, as well as use cases
Present the value of ASC solutions in customer and partner demos/workshops and at events
Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client's requirement
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders of our clients
Scope technical solutions to address customer requirements, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and ASC
Review specifications and RFQ documents and develop functional and technical requirements documents (Scope of Work)
Excellent presenter and communicator who is articulate, passionate and knowledgeable
Excellent technical and analytical thinking.
3+ years of pre-sales solution consulting
Proficiency with UC platforms or cloud software solutions
Client focused, personable and engaging demeanor
Azure/Teams and industry background is a plus
